Frequently asked questions
What if our ceremony is at a different time?
Adjust the start time when creating the event — every block shifts proportionally. Or edit individual block times in the schedule editor.
Can vendors see the schedule?
Yes — share the public URL with anyone. They see live updates if you adjust timing during the day.
What about a separate timeline just for the wedding party / vendors?
Use the Backstage view (free) — gives crew a private URL with staff-only items like 'photographer arrival', 'florist setup', etc.
Does this work for a destination wedding?
Yes — set the timezone to your venue's local time. Out-of-town guests see times in your wedding's timezone.
