Frequently asked questions

Does this work for multi-day conferences?

For now, create one event per day. Multi-day templates with day-tabs are on the roadmap.

Can attendees see the schedule on their phones?

Yes — share the public URL or QR code at registration. The page works offline once loaded thanks to PWA support.

What about hybrid / virtual attendees?

Same URL works for in-person and remote. Add a video conference link to each session's description.

Is there a way to keep AV crew informed of cues?

Yes — the Backstage view (free) gives crew a private URL with staff-only schedule items and notes.
